Golf Tournament
Raised Over $10,000  in 2022 ! 

Let's Do it all over again ! 

There are vacancies on the golf   tournament committee that will need to be filled in order to  properly plan and execute a golf tournament in September  2026.
Please consider assisting with this, one of the club’s   largest fundraisers.

All volunteers are important.  No position is too great or too small, whether you are collecting donations, passing out flyers, making  gift baskets, or   helping in other ways.   There is always some way we can use your help.   Even if you are not able to attend meetings, there are tasks that will need to be done and we could use you from the comforts of your home!​

The following positions are needed:
Committee Chairperson - John Peardon
Administration - VACANT

• Save Date Flyer; Registration Forms;
  Tournament Programs; Master Raffle
  Sign; Table Signage; etc 

Registration Coordinator- VACANT

• Create various associated
  spreadsheets; Assign Hole; Reconcile
  funds with treasurer; and create
  master sheets for tournament.

Sponsor Coordinator - VACANT

• Solicit sponsors. Pass funds to
  treasurer. Obtain logos for program &
  prepare signage template for printers.
  Coordinate printing of sponsor signs.​

Raffle Coordinator - VACANT

• Solicit and collect raffle items.
  (Gift Cards & Merchandise
  valued between $25-$125) Prepare
  accurate list for Admin.
  Package, wrap, display and signage
  preparations. Set up Raffle Table.

Silent Auction Coordinator - VACANT

• Solicit and collect silent auction
  items. (Gift Cards & Merchandise
  valued at $150 & up.) Prepare
  accurate list for Admin. Package,
  wrap, display and signage
  preparations. Set up Silent Auction
  Table.

Volunteer Coordinator - VACANT

• Solicit volunteers and coordinate
  assignments for the day of the
  tournament. Determine needed
  supplies. Assist volunteer set up.
