Nautical Whalers Parrot Head Club of Southern MA is a non-profit organization comprised of pholks that have a kinship, which is created through the music of Jimmy Buffett. These pheathered phriends not only party together but we also are dedicated to serving our community by volunteering our time & effort to local environmental causes, human concerns & Buffett related phundraisers. The Birth of the Nautical Whalers Back in June 1999, My wife and I, started thinking about a Parrot Head Club in our area. We already were active members in OSPHC (Ocean State Parrot Head Club). . We felt there was a strong need in our area.....since we had to drive well over an hour to go to club meetings........There were already two other clubs in MA but, nothing around us. Research that we had done found people did not like to drive an hour or more to go to meeting or events........so we kept on trying and proving to PHIP that there was a Strong need in Southern MA. After months of research and many of emails to PHIP (Parrot Heads In Paradise) we were officially approved after 10 long months of trying..........

So...... we were OFFICIALLY approved in April, 2000!!! At our first meeting in May we had 30 people attend..........and we are growing. There are many Parrot Heads out there that feel the same way we do about Bubba's music, doing charitable events, helping out the environment!
